Saturday mornings the lineup at Mary’s is long but good humoured as market-going Coast readers know they’re edging that much closer to heaven on earth. Baker Dale Beazley says they make over 1,000 each Saturday alone. Why so good? “Hot out of the oven,” he says, “and they’re big.” If the rolls are sold out try the croissants: Beazley is always thinking up new flavours to keep you coming back for more. Or drop in during the week when it’s not the crazy busy market crowd.
