The last thing Cindy Dean thought she’d find at a work event was her soulmate. But after an incredibly long day, through a sea of networking strangers, there was Graham Mann—looking right back at her. After falling fast and hard, the pair became an item, roommates and then—as they excitedly peeked into the windows of their new oceanfront home, planning for moving day—Graham popped the question. “If years ago we were asked to describe our future spouse, we would have described each other down to every last detail,” says Cindy. “I think that’s one of the reasons we moved so quickly after we met, because we just knew it was meant to be!” With their guests, good food and wine and Cindy’s elegant dress at the top of the to-do-list, the couple began planning their celebration. “I envisioned our wedding day as a fantasy fairytale party, stress free with lots of focus on why we’re all there in the first place,” she adds. “The love of our marriage definitely wasn’t lost in the hustle and bustle of the wedding day.” And she was right. Much like the night they met, nothing could stand in the way of their perfect winter vows, beautiful three-course meal, heartfelt speeches and the serious dancing that followed. “Looking around the room and taking it all in,” remembers Cindy, “in that moment, I really felt the love from everyone there.”
