The retired should be fired...

Hey, retired people, stop double dipping into pensions, and stealing jobs from skilled young professionals. I appreciate all the hard work that you have put into your career over the years, but it's time to pass the torch. There are many young professionals coming out with diplomas and degrees eager to make a significant contribution to the workforce, but are held back by the lack of positions available. You retiring, and then promptly taking up another similar position with the company is not helping with the situation.
