Cafe composure

Sending some huge praise and kudos to the five or so employees who dealt with one cranky, old coot today at a certain cafe. I give you all pats on the back for remaining so cheery when this old biddy was complaining about everything possible at your takeout counter. (Seriously, bitching about no air-tight bags?!) It must have been grueling to hold your tongue while being so rudely spoken to! ("LISTEN to the question!") I hope you see this and know that I empathize with you (from one customer-service agent to another) and understand how it only takes one difficult person to make your shift agonizing. Kudos to you all. Keep up the great service and know it doesn't go unnoticed. —One Cupcake Please
