The best seat in the house in this relatively new Halifax noshery and bar is the one that offers a bird’s eye view of the main dining room (and those awesome booths) in all its industrial splendour. The Cafe Mokka it ain’t. And maybe that’s part of it. The Mokka was a bit like...home. And Tribeca? Not so much. But the food is pretty damn good, the staff familiar and if you look closely you’ll notice that old Mokka sign still hanging around.
