Dear Alberta,
Do you REALLY feel that $810 million is entitled to your health care programs because you have more people? Seriously? Seriously... SERIOUSLY!?! Yeah, Canada has kind of given you the short end of the stick in the past with the whole National Energy Program and Kyoto (though I TOTALLY don't agree with your position) but come the f*** on. Give up the grudge and move on. You'll get enough financing for health care regardless so why can't you take one for the team?
