Coming off the biggest year of his career, with the world-shaking success of his debut feature film Hobo with a Shotgun under his belt, Jason Eisener isn’t slowing down. Caught on Barrington Street on the warm fall evening of Nocturne a few weeks ago, Eisener admitted to having a few projects in the pipeline, with the one both he and his producer buddy Rob Cotterill have referenced still very much upfront: a king-fu movie set in a high school. We’re imagining John Hughes/Yuen Woo Ping mash-up, with lots of blood.
