Slide on a pair of 3D glasses and prepare to slip into an interactive, mind-bending transformation of the Alderney Landing theatre. Taking hints from the Atari video music Robert Drisdelle and Heather Rappard will use projectors and cameras, with a mood set by live musicians, to create a space that can be changed and manipulated by the moves and motions of its visitors. "We are exploiting the malleability of analog signal to create a dynamic and even psychedelic environment," says Drisdelle. "What is so beautiful about analog signal is that all it is is a magnetic pulse, and can be interpreted in different ways using different technologies." Make sure to hop the ferry to this installation where, in true Nocturne fashion, you'll be both a viewer and a contributor.
