I just want to say thank you. Thank you for being such a dick. Watching you perform everyday makes this job a little bit entertaining lately, even though you have destroyed morale. Your ego is so out of control that it's hard not to watch, just like an expanding balloon about to burst. You're new and holding a senior manager position - You're BIG TIME now!! We get it. You're the new guy who has to make an impression!! I'm sure your big title has many roles, and among many of these roles, likely, is to to manage us into some form of submission. Well manage this: You suck! Your severe Napoleon complex is absolutely hilarious. You literally run around all day yelling, cackling, and acting obnoxious to make up for your puny stature. It's a banking call center - Show just a touch of professionalism instead of flirting with the women and trying to be the cool guy! Take your neck tattoo and lame hairdo and go back to whatever big city you just came from. Stop acting like a douchebag, you small, phony little man. You'll have far more productive and happy employees if you acted like a real person, not like some dick that you would expect to see on Jersey Shore. —Just One of Many Thinking the Same Thing
