Unbearable

This time you leave town, you call up the newspapers to tell everyone, thinking that anyone in this city cares. As far as I'm concerned, you're leaving because your ego is so big, there is no room for it in this city. Your reputation is so tarnished from the crazy stories, reading that article just made me cringe.

I had to laugh when I read the article in the paper. You don't know what it means to own a business. You run away when things don't go exactly as you had planned. #1 rule when you open a business is to know your market. You didn't do your research before you opened. Instead, you used your restaurant as a research tool and then bailed when you discovered that people around here don't really like your pretentious attitude or your food. There is a reason why upscale restaurants in this city are actually doing well. Perhaps you need to get over yourself and recognize that you aren't as great as you think you are and you don't belong in the business world.

P.S. The number of Facebook updates and twitters that you were sending each day (upwards of 25) weren't helpful in getting people through the door. They were desperate, annoying and were cause for me to not want to dine at your restaurant. —Wouldn't Buy a $1 Gourmet Burger From You on the Street
