The Obladee owner, though knocking on the door of 10 years’ successful service, says evolving and educating herself and her staff remains of major importance as folks eating and drinking out know more and want more than ever before. “It is really about listening to the customer and resisting the urge to compete with your peers. It’s about who is your customer and what they are looking for. There is room for everyone as long as everyone is doing something a little bit differently.” We’ll drink to that.
