Ristorante a Mano GM Patrick Gaetz isn’t afraid to drop the L-word when it comes to the pasta served at the restaurant. “The dedication from our amazing chefs—they just put love into everything they do,” he says of what makes the noodles reign so supremely at this Bertossi Group restaurant. It helps that the stocks and sauces that top said pasta are stellar as well, and made from scratch daily, Gaetz adds, but he’s certain it’s the TLC and the reliable consistency that keeps people coming back. “We have repeat customers that come a few times a week, we have people that come almost every day!”
