T he Frenchys Car Tour is a choose-your-own-adventure kind of shopping adventure, depending on time and inspiration. Here’s our completist version, merging stops at both Guy’s Frenchys and Frenchy’s into a two-day road trip.

Guy's Frenchys, Digby
Called the "flagship store" of the mammoth deep-discount chain, this location has plenty of bins to rifle through and boasts an almost equal split of women's and men's clothing—something most Guy's stores don't have. The best part, though, might be the sweeping panorama of the Bay of Fundy you'll see from the parking lot. 343 Highway 303, Digby, Mon-Fri 9am-9pm; Sat 9am-5pm; Sun 12-5pm

Guy's Frenchys, Lower Sackville
The sole spot to have the Guy's experience without leaving town, this location sees you witnessing the thrill of digging for sartorial treasure and throwing finds into an iconic orangey-red basket.12 Murdoch Mackay Court, Lower Sackville Mon-Fri 9am-9pm; Sat 9am-5pm; Sun 12-5pm

Frenchy's, Meteghan
The original bin diver's paradise that started it all, Edwin Theriault's Frenchy's (named after his childhood nickname) would go on to, shall we say, inspire the successful Guy's Frenchys chain. It's worth the drive to Meteghan just for the vintage rack. 182 Maxwellton Road, Meteghan, Mon-Fri 9am-8pm; Sat 9am-5pm; Sun 1-5pm

Frenchy's, Fairview
The only Theriault-owned shop within HRM, this small storefront offers everything from new, dollar store-y merchandise to second-hand clothes. Call it an exercise in expecting the unexpected. 3466 Dutch Village Road, Mon-Fri 9am-8pm; Sat 9am-5pm; Sun 1-5pm
