Ah, yes. Harbour Solutions was fixed and this was a very good thing, especially given the efforts and expense to make it happen. But we also had to go through the 2009 malfunction that set the project back a year and more than $10 million. And the fact that the treatment plants were built to address only primary treatment standards, not also the secondary treatments as set by the federal government. What it is, then, is a good start. But don’t be surprised if the issue of sewage treatment raises its stinky head again soon in the future.
