“This was the biggest, most exciting and certainly most chaotic year of our existence,” says Craig Hamlin, who runs R4D with Adrian Bruhm. “In just the past 12 months we were at Reflections, The Seahorse and The Marquee. Now we are on hiatus until we can find a new home. We are an open mic where bands can win cash but we also have a lot of different theme events. There were so many fun shows this year: Hissyfit, Prom Night, CBGB’s night, Videogameramma with Nerd Army, Tragically Hip show for the Gord Downie and Chanie Wenjack Fund. Thanks to everybody and we’ll see you soon I’m sure.”
