Here's a hypothetical demographic, see if you agree. Taggers: Male, young, no girlfriend, job, or car—because this suggests a certain level of responsibility and hence tagging would not seem as important or relevant—and, often, they still live at home. They have anger or resentment issues and this destructive act allows them an outlet. They obviously are not proud Haligonians and it would be nice of them if they left.
