Don't borrow money from your friends of you don't want to pay to pay it back. Saying you don't have it, or are so far behind on bills that you can't pay it back just makes you look disgusting when you're out shopping every week or going out to dinner-every week.
I've learned my lesson and I will never lend money again thanks to my negative experience with you. I hope someday you yourself will learn your lesson and get off your lazy narcissistic ass and do what's right before you've lost all of your friends. Using people is not cool.
