- Red Mass could check out some clothing stores in town
By now you probably chomping at the bit to go to the Halifax Pop Explosion (October 20 to 24). What you might not know is that more wicked bands have been announced, to the tune of Brian Borcherdt, Bruce Peninsula, Crystal Antlers, Owen, Red Mass, Sprengjuhollin, Timber Timbre, Think About Life and Zeus. Tickets for shows taking place at St. Matthew's Church are on sale now. This includes Julie Doiron & Herman Dune (Oct. 22), The Acorn & Ohbijou (Oct. 23) and Jenn Grant & Timber Timbre (Oct. 24). Tickets for each show are $15 in advance and $18 at the door. Tickets are available at all Ticketpro outlets and online at www.ticketpro.ca.
