The Virgin Festival line up has finally been announced, and Dinosaur Jr. is on the bill (may be worth entire ticket price alone). The Tragically Hip headline, but don't expect any of the Hips to compete with J Mascis' flowing locks. The Offspring, Hey Rosetta! and Arkells and more are scheduled to perform on Citadel Hill on Saturday July 4.
