The venerable band Black Moor has been regrouping, refining and recalibrating its power, but not at the expense of its intense, energetic, dexterous metal. “It’s great to be recognized by the voters after spending the last year regaining momentum and finding our places within the new lineup,” says the four-piece. “We played some really great shows, including HPX and the Maritime Metal and Hard Rock Festival.” Upcoming are slots at Nova Scotia Music Week in Truro, in Newfoundland and a special all-ages show for Halifax in December. “We've got our aims set higher for 2018 than ever before in the band's 10-year-plus history, including new material!”
