It feels strange to even call the Discovery Centre a museum, because most museums aren’t this fucking cool. Haligonians have known this place rules since even before the new location opened, and going on a field trip there was (is?) a rite of passage for many students in the Halifax Regional School Board. No matter how old you get, that bubble room upstairs is probably one of the most uplifting places to be. Wanna learn about science and stuff? No, put down that textbook. In fact, never read a textbook again. Go to the Discovery Centre. It’s way more fun.
