Just a short trip up the escalators from Pete’s is a 100 percent gluten-free cafe, with food all prepared in a gluten-free kitchen. The restaurant uses local favourites Schoolhouse Gluten-Free Gourmet and Odell’s Gluten Free products to offer three types of sandwiches, as well as salads, soups and pastries.
