    In this era of closing music and media retailers, former CD Plus assistant manager Ian Fraser is kicking at the darkness until it bleeds daylight, as Bruce Cockburn once sang. He's starting a new north end music store in late April/early May---opening in the old Parade Antiques space---called Obsolete Records (2454 Agricola Street).     As Shoptalk reported, local designer Laura Chenoweth will be sharing space with Heroine (5775 Charles Street, 420-0328) this season, and Chenoweth is about to have a spring sale at Heroine. Called “Spring Fresh,” it takes place Tuesday April 20 and Wednesday April 21 from 10am to 5pm, and will include new stock and scarves. The sale continues May 4 and 5.
