Summer was an unending wave of humidity, so colour us shocked that once again beach-bum Haligonians spent those precious few hot months kicking back by the water. Another non-shock to the system is that once again readers have voted Rainbow Haven Provincial Park as the Best Place To Go Swimming. No disrespect to Conrad’s and Martinique, which round out the top three as likewise serviceable options to chill out, take a dip and forget all about the fact that we’ve got 20 years left before the world is largely uninhabitable.
