Ah, fuck. It’s 10pm on a Saturday and you forgot to pick up some beer for your buddy’s BYOB get-together. And now all the liquor stores are closed! Or are they? Lucky for you, Bishop’s Cellar will still be there to fill your needs (and your growler) until midnight. While the shop is often known for its wine, it has a great craft beer selection as well, including the five rotating taps that started flowing in summer 2015.
