Pool-hall junkies and billiards buds felt their hearts sink earlier this year at the news that beloved downtown members-only club Locas was being forced out of its Doyle Street location due to redevelopment plans. Them’s the breaks. Luckily, a massive team of friends and regulars helped the perpetual Best Of winner find a new location at 5171 George Street (the former Elephant & Castle). The new location, complete with 6,000 square feet and a mezzanine to watch all the action, opened last month. Queue up to cue down.
