The SPCA always has a range of helpful hands needed, from fundraising to...get ready for it, “cat cuddler and dog walker.” New to this category in silver place is science fiction convention Hal-Con. In between the visiting celebs and cosplay hootenanny the convention’s annual charity auction helps raise funds for the IWK (bronze winner) and Kids Help Phone.
