Apart from convincing discerning diners that vegan food isn’t just for folks with dietary restrictions, but anyone who likes who like fresh, creative and tasty food, team enVie has had a pretty frigging major year. After two years of kicking butt with Best of winning kale Caesars (among many other veggie-friendly things), the north end resto has continued to evolve its operation. Most recently, it’s taken over a next-door space for extra prep space, cooking classes, special family dinners and cooking for a cause and co-owner/chef Diandra Phipps says she has an endless list of ideas to further engage the community. “It’s really exciting people want to progress with us and build their skills with enVie.”
