This brew pub’s known for its firkins, round casks carrying the latest brew creation—perfect for sampling with friends at brewmaster Greg Nash’s small-batch Saturdays. Among the many great suds brewed on site are the American wheat beer, Big Water Brown Ale, Fathom IPA (a bartender favourite) and Jack Tar Stout, a North American stout with hints of chocolate, raisin, caramel and coffee. Get a taste of the newest seasonal brews, or your old favourites, during Rockbottom’s Hoppy Hour, Monday through Saturday, 4:30 until 7pm, and all day Sunday.
