After a brief dalliance with bronze last year, Long & McQuade’s Cunard Street branch is back at the top of the podium as Best Musical Instrument Store in the city. Cue the trumpet fanfare. Not only does “Canada’a music store” offer lessons, rentals and repairs, but Best of Halifax voters love L&M’s solidly trained staff and reasonable prices. One voter sums it up like this: “Such a huge selection of instruments, it’s unreal.
