Opened just over six months ago by siblings Christian and Heather Rankin, Obladee has made its mark on Halifax’s wine scene. “We change wines continuously,” says Christian. “It would be strange if every two weeks there wasn’t something different.” A revolving menu is sure to attract those wine lovers who think they’ve seen it all.
