Your favourite all-ages venue took a well-deserved break last summer when it closed for renovations. "Over the past few years, things slowed down considerably during the summer months...there don't appear to be large touring bands coming through. I thought it would be best to close for the summer and start back up in September when we celebrate the re-opening and the five-year anniversary of the club," Chris Smith told Scene and Heard, back in July. Well, the time off obviously suited the Common bunker, which has come back even better---and louder---than before.
