A long-adored staple of the Dalhousie University experience, Jerry “The Dawgfather” Reddick has been serving up hotdogs and veggie dogs to hungry students since the late ‘90s in all kinds of weather. A jovial, boisterous fellow, The Dawgfather is loved for both the great hotdogs (along with the wide selection of condiments) and the generosity of his spirit: he’s been known to comp a dawg to a broke student, trusting they’ll get him back the next time.
