Though there are different names for the delis and counters in the building, officially, they’re all under one big umbrella. That umbrella, the Frootqiue, belongs to Pete Luckett, the English ex-pat whose passion for food has made his name a brand synonymous with delectable, gourmet and exotic foodstuffs.
