Talk about a helluva three-way; this category has been a neck and neck race between Lulu LaRude, Dita Parlow and Brooke Prescott for years. After ruling the roost for four years, Dita Parlow must now step down, for there’s a new monarch in town—Lulu LaRude. One of the duties of any proper queen is to host extravagant parties, and this is one of Her Majesty’s favourite things. If you’ve seen her shows during Pride Week, at the Vortex, or more recently, her show “Five Minutes of Fame” at Reflections, you know full well this broad’s got skills. Long live the Queen!
