No surprise, really, that the names Anne Derrick and Joel Pink came up again as two of Halifax’s best lawyers. The only surprise is who walks away with top honours. This year it’s Derrick. She’s the kind of lawyer who can restore one’s faith in the legal profession (no Lionel Hutz-style shenanigans from her).
