Il Mercato handily takes home Best Pasta again this year; with their recent move into the old Harvey’s digs they’re set to dish up your past favourites in new, updated style. I’m not a food snob, but it was nice to see Café Chianti sneak in past last year’s runner-up East Side Mario’s to take second spot. Il Mercato is home to some high quality pastas—the four-cheese agnolotti and roast chicken ravioli jump to mind—and the sauces always complement, never drown, the noodles.
