Perhaps it was the famous Rosa’s margaritas that drew in the votes? “Nachos,” I’m told by a former server. “Nachos and salsa, that’s what people like at Mexi’s.” And that authentic cantina look; you can almost convince yourself the swarthy men talking in the corner are plotting how they’ll get poor farm families over the border come nightfall.
