Best Fine Dining

Bish World Cuisine, 1475 Lower Water, 425-7993

Breathtaking Bish dishes fab Fid by a margin smaller than an amuse-bouche. The restaurant on the waterfront’s edge, in the ritzy Bishop’s Landing, is the love child of entrepreneurial owners Stephanie and Maurizio Bertossi (da Maurizio, Il Mercato). Metro’s first family of fine dining has brought forth a cosmopolitan, contemporary dining room for grown-ups, complete with excellent “world cuisine” and an extensive wine list. Bish is truly a world-class restaurant, and it’s good to see SuperCitizens recognize the excellence in food both Bish and Fid embody.

Runner-up: Fid, 1569 Dresden Row, 422-9162
