Best MC

Buck 65

“If I moved,” says Buck 65, “chances are it’s probably not going to be Toronto or New York, but probably to Madagascar or someplace bananas like that.” But forget what he says, you voted Buck 65 (AKA Rich Terfry) and Joel Plaskett as the locals most likely to leave town for the big smoke. Terfry and Plaskett also tied for first place in the Best Video category, winning for “Pants on Fire” and “Maybe We Should Just Go Home,” respectively. But as winner of the Best MC category, the poetic wordsmith reigns singularly supreme. Watch for Terfry’s soon-to-be-released CD, Square, which is Part Four of his five-part Language Arts series.
