Hot baked cinnamon rolls right out of the oven are big sellers at Mary’s Bread Basket. Manager and baker Dale Beazley modified a formula for biscuits to create his own version of the classic. “I worked at it until I got it right,” says Beazley. “I use the best cinnamon you can buy.” Beazley cites persistence and a love of baking as the secret ingredients.
