Runner-up: Halifax International Busker Festival
This is always one of the tightest races in the competition and the Atlantic Film Festival has finally grabbed the top spot. Attendance was up an astonishing 28 percent, Michael Moore showed up and we got to see Far From Heaven before a huge number of the major critics currently raving about its brilliance. 5600 Sackville, Suite 220, 422-3456
