Best Graffiti Artist

Winner: Scott Tobin

“He’s one of these guys who has introduced grafitti to a lot of people,” says Revolution Records’ Nick Nonsense, who knows a thing or two about grafitti. “He painted the big mural on the back of the Elegant Dump on Barrington Street—he did some excellent work there. He’s very good at what he does.”

Runner-up: Paul Selva
