Handy concert guide for parents

So yeah, there are a lot of famous (and semi-famous) people coming to Halifax to play music. Here's a list of what I have so far: April Wine agree that rock and roll is a vicious game when they play at the Dal Arts Centre on April 10, see ticketatlantic.com for tickets). Air Supply would rather not do it without you at the Schooner Showroom on April 25 and 26th ($53.50, ticketatlantic.com). On April 11 The Proclaimers (with Jeremy Fisher) walk the 500 miles to the Marquee (9pm, $30 in advance, check sonicconcerts.com for tickets). Bob Dylan might get a little homesick when he plays at the Metro Centre on May 21 (sold out). George Thorogood and the Destroyers promise they remain bad to the bone on June 6 at the Halifax Forum (ticketpro.ca). Trooper had better play "Boys in the Bright White Sportscar" at the Casino on July 1st, or there will be a riot. Alice Cooper will flex his muscle of love at the Metro Centre October 17 (8pm, ticketatlantic.com)
