In the world of snack bars, it looks like blondes do have more fun. The bright minds behind Made with Local have dished out yet another mouth-watering flavour to nourish yourself with. The Peanut Butter Blondie is made using healthy, local ingredients like Nutsmith peanut butter from Windsor, Cosman & Whidden Honey of Greenwich, Just Us’ milk chocolate and Pure Natural Sea Salt (solar-dried in Newfoundland, nbd). It’s a deadly combo available at a whack of locations too long to list, including The Grainery (2385 Agricola Street) and The Trail Shop (6210 Quinpool Road). You can also place orders for pickup at the Alderney Farmers’ Market and Seaport Farmers’ Market and get deliveries anywhere on the peninsula for five bucks. Click your way to madewithlocal.ca and check out the new online store, launched this week!
