Soon Twisted Muse and its sister store Sweet Pea Boutique (1542 Queen Street) will really have each others' back. Muse, which carries casual-yet-fashionable brand name women's clothing, shoes and accessories that would bring sheer delight to any closet, is shipping out of its current home on the second floor at Mills (5486 Spring Garden Road) and moving into 1539 Birmingham Street, the former home of Love, Me Boutique. Johanna Galipeau, who owns the two soon-to-be back-to-back shops, says she sees a lot of promise in the new space and looks forward to more foot traffic, flexible hours and embracing a “more boutiquey atmosphere,” much like that of Sweet Pea. We’re excited to see Twisted Muse come into its own, and even more excited about its moving sale. To make room for brand new spring styles (and make Galipeau’s move a wee bit easier) everything in store is 50 percent off. The brand spanking new Twisted Muse opens Saturday, February 2.
