“The inspiration was to have a choice for quick and healthy food,” says
Burrito Jax (5215 Blowers, 406-0088) owner
Gordon Delano. They’re open 10am-10pm Monday to Saturday, 12pm-6pm Sunday, but look for later hours to start up in the coming weeks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

Curry Village) is opening soon above
I Love Sushi (5232 Blowers). The move was to have happened on June 1 but things often happen slowly in the restaurant industry. Construction allowing, “we are hopeful to open in the first week of August,” says restaurant owner
Victor Woo.
