Halifax Crafters Craft Fair

Summer Lovin' Handmade Market

Posted By on Sun, Jun 1, 2008 at 7:15 PM

It's a proven fact that crafting reduces stress - don't believe it? Ask the Halifax Crafters. With the success of the tail end of April's Halifax Crafters Craft Fair, featuring Tall & Short's handsewn patches, Woodbullets silk screened t-shirt diary collection, Jennifer Bennet's beautiful jewellery designs, Philip Doucette's glass jewellery, plates and bowls, the crafty crew presents Summer Lovin' Handmade Market on Saturday July 5 and Sunday July 6 at the North Street Church (5657 North).

For those folks who were interested in submitting work this past weekend was the cut off for applications. But don't let that skew you from getting your craft on in the mean time. As a small business owner of a 1" button company Belletristic Buttons, I've learned it's best to take life one inch at a time - whether it's a stitch or a sketch.
