Downtown pub chain doesn't come up with the rent

The Feed has learned that due to a rent-owing situation with its landlord, the Elephant & Castle (5171 George Street) has closed its doors. Though word is the principles are negotiating (read: lawyers) the pub is closed until the situation is resolved.
