Off The Hook starts up again this week

Halifax Community Supported Fishery resumes

The summer season of Off The Hook---the Community Supported Fishery organized by the Ecology Action Centre and a small group of Digby fishers---starts after the long weekend. That gives you only a few days to sign up for the eight week-long program. Here's the price deets:
whole (gutted) fish: (2-3 lbs each)
One Fish: (weekly for 8 weeks) $120
Two Fish: (weekly for 8 weeks) $220
whole/filleted fish (4 wks whole/4 wks fillets)
One Fish/2lbs Fillets: (alternating weeks for 8 weeks) $165
Two Fish/4lbs Fillets: (alternating weeks for 8 weeks) $300
The Halifax pickup is at the Brewery Market on Thursday afternoons from 3-6pm starting July 7. But the subscription deadline is July 4. To sign up go to offthehookcsf.ca or call 442-0999.
